This opportunity is intended to be an exclusive partnership for the full duration of the applicable patents, with compensation based on a small percentage of annual sales revenue from all associated products*. Potential international** rights may also be incorporated into this agreement. An international global manufacturer has already expressed interest in this product.
An ideal partner would be in a position to create a business model with an executive team that consists of the below Design Team and Marketing Team - as well as a management team that oversees product manufacturing & distribution which will be produced at a third-party manufacturing facility.

The Design Team's expertise in developing cohesive product colors—particularly tile and grout combinations—and overarching themes will play a pivotal role in the success of this offering. With their professional insight, designers are uniquely equipped to curate color pairings that elevate the aesthetic appeal of flooring installations. Given that many customers may find it challenging to visualize harmonious grout and tile combinations, the team's guidance is essential in delivering a polished, visually compelling final product.

From prototype to low volume production
Tile Assembly Systems has secured a design and manufacturing firm that is capable of taking this prototype product to a full-scale production model - engineering the system for maximum productivity within the injection molding process, as well as redesigning the product for ease of assembly and enhancement of aesthetics beauty within the grouting system. This firm has capabilities for state-of-the-art engineering, low volume production runs, injection molding tooling, and advanced materials selections through their global partners. They are also able to design the needed automation systems for the tile-to-frame adhesion process and the automated packaging process.
From low volume to high volume production
High volume production will shift to a larger, dedicated injection molding facility once production sales volume is warranted. Our above-mentioned engineering partner will direct us to one of their full-scale injection molding partners. Tile frame production, tile-to-frame adhesion, packaging, and distribution will all take place at this facility.

** International, individual country patent applications have not yet been submitted for this product - though a PCT patent application has been submitted in late summer 2025. Our team will defer the process of specific country applications to the applicable partnering organization, allowing their team to specify desired global regions/countries. The latest engineered design (CIP), through the PCT coverage, will be open to international patent applications until late 2027.
